Box steamed cake type, female mouth, concave sole. There are several plum blossoms carved on the yellow lacquer ground. The outer bottom is painted with ochre paint, and the left side is carved with a knife and filled with gold after the “Da Ming Xuan De Nian System”. There are traces of daubing under the style, which should be Yongle style
Most of the official carved lacquerware in the Yongle period were large in size, and these small boxes were small but delicate.
