Lin Hejing’s Poetic Picture Axis, Ming Dynasty, Dong Qichang’s painting, paper, ink, 88.7 cm in length and 38.7 cm in width.
The title of this painting is two, and a seven-character poem is inscribed on the upper right: “The landscape is not deep, and there are few fish and birds. I intend to relocate again in this life. Only on the stream of Sanzhu, a single tree is a bridge. Write a poem of peace and quiet. Xuanzai, Jiayin, can see it through the rain window on February 22.”. The next seal is “Dong Qichang’s seal” in white. On the upper left, the title reads: “In the Yuan Dynasty, both Ni Yunlin and Wang Shuming complement this poetic idea, but Huang Zi has not seen it for a long time, and the rest uses Huang Fa for this purpose. Xuan Zai focuses on the title, which is in March of Xinyu.” The next seal is “Dong Qichang’s seal” and Zhu Wen’s seal. This picture was painted in the 42nd year of Wanli (1614) of the Ming Dynasty, when the Dong family was 60 years old, and will be repeated at the age of 67 in March of the first year of Qi (1621) tomorrow
This picture is based on the poetry of Lin Hejing, a poet of the Northern Song Dynasty.
