[Tang Yin Qiantang Scenery Map Axis]

Qiantang Scenery Map Axis, Ming Dynasty, Tang Yin painting, silk version, color setting, vertical 71.4 cm, horizontal 37.2 cm
The seven unique titles and the signature: “The scenery of Qiantang is like a screen, and the road is sent to the cliff house. The horses rest on the Yangliupo, and the cormorant boats cross the water, and the wind is fishy. Tang Yin.” The seal “□ County” (Bai Wen, residual, should be “Wu County”), “Tang White Tiger” (Zhu Wen), and “Xue Pu Tang” (Zhu Wen)
This work has been damaged during its circulation. The words “money”, “send” and “ship” at the top of Tang Yin’s poem have been completed by later generations. The two Tibetan seals at the bottom of this picture are indistinct
In the picture, the mountain plank road, the riders are dancing, the tourists in the grass pavilion are sitting alone, and the fishing boats in the river are cruising. The mountains, rocks and trees are drawn from Li Tang and Xia Gui of the Southern Song Dynasty. The strokes are hard, thin and steep, and the depiction is exquisite. The figures at the scene are natural in shape and beautiful in style, which shows the author’s painting skills in the early years of the Southern Song Dynasty in the “courtyard style”.
