The picture shows Dongfang Shuo’s gallop after stealing peaches from the fairyland, and the characters’ whiskers and fluttering train show the dynamic of galloping. Dongfang Shuo, holding the stolen flat peach, looked back and looked at it with a smile on his face. His pride and fear of being discovered by the immortal officials were vividly portrayed. At the top of the picture, there are many peaches hanging from the branches with auspicious clouds, and at the bottom, there are ganoderma lucidum, narcissus and bamboo stones, which means “Zhixian birthday” with homonym. The picture is stamped with five seals: “Treasure of Emperor Qianlong”, “Appreciation of Emperor Qianlong”, “Seal of Sanxi Hall”, “Suitable for descendants”, and “Secret Palace Zhulin”
This tapestry is mainly in blue and light blue, with the colors of stone blue, moon white and tile grey. Use flat tapestry, wooden comb and other tapestry techniques.
