This volume of calligraphy excerpts from Laozi’s “Tao Te Ching” volume, written from “everlasting”, and the end of the book “On the volume of Laozi’s Taoism”, a total of 211 lines, was not signed due to the lack of the lower part. Each piece of paper is printed with the “Three Cult Disciples”. There are Weng Fanggang’s postscript, Wu Rongguang’s title, Yan Shiqing’s postscript, five paragraphs, and the inscription “Panasonic Qingzhai”. This post has been collected by Weng Fanggang, Lu Gong, Ye Gongchuo and others, and has several seals
Pan Zunqi recorded the “Xujing Zhai Clouds and Mists”
Yu Shinan, a calligrapher of this volume, has a slender body, exquisite brushwork, and is fresh and vigorous. It is the only surviving long regular script rarely seen by Yushu. Judging from his mature and handsome style of writing, it should be his masterpiece in middle age.
