The seal includes: “Zheng He” in the Song Dynasty (both false), “Shaoxing” in the three sides (two false in the upper right and middle left), “Ji Yu Qing Shang”, “Nei Fu Shu Yin”, “Bei Yan Zhang’s Treasure”, “Duan Ben” in the Yuan Dynasty, “Si Yin” in the Ming Hongwu Nei Fu, “Xiang Mo Lin Appreciation Seal”, “Liang Qing Biao Yin”, “Yi Zhou Appreciation” in the Qing Dynasty, and so on
This post is a letter written by Yan Zhenqing. It tells about the flood in Huzhou and the people were comforted. According to the written content and historical data, the writing time should be after the seventh year of the Tang Dali (772), that is, the period when Yan Zhenqing served as the governor of Huzhou. However, experts identified that this post was not written by Yan for the following reasons: First, the paper used for writing was bamboo paper with powder calendering, which only appeared in the Song Dynasty. Secondly, in terms of writing style, the author’s pen is round and continuous, with beautiful sides and bright ink, which is quite different from the sadness of Yan Zhenqing’s “Nephew Sacrifice Manuscript” and the impassioned mood of “Seat Scrambling Posts”, and also lacks the meaning of “house leak marks” by Yan Zhenqing’s center. Therefore, it can be inferred that this post is a copy of the Song people
An Qi of the Qing Dynasty, “The View of Ink Margin Collection”, and Bian Yongyu, “The Collection of Paintings and Calligraphy in Shigutang”.
