This is the initial rubbings unearthed in the Qing Dynasty. The upper left corner of the word “Yes” on the first line is slightly damaged, and the word “Yuan” on the last line “Yanguang” is intact. Huang Yi identified it and sealed it with the “gold and stone obtained by Komatsu” seal
The monument was erected in the fourth year of Han Yanguang (125 years). The style of the calligraphy is not official script but seal script. It looks like a character printed by a symbol, and it flexes the ancient strength. Kang Youwei’s “Guangyi Boat Double Boats” said: “The official pen can also be attached to the eight points of the Western Han Dynasty.”
The stele was obtained from the earth and made a sharp angle when it was built in the sixth year of Kangxi’s reign (1721); Later, it was moved to the outside of the county, and was not valued by people when it came to fashion. In the 12th year of Qianlong’s reign (1747), Gong Mao, the Supervisor of the County of Shouguang County, surveyed the disaster to the county, and recognized the monument as a Han Li, that is, after Zhuituo. After the 27th year of Qianlong’s reign (1762), Gong Mao learned that the city was built in the east wall of the inner hall and protected by a pavilion. Since then, the monument has been widely displayed in the world. In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was moved to the School Palace. During the “Great Leap Forward” in 1958, paving stones were made. After 1961, they have been searched for several times and have not been found.
