[Carving Stone of the Western King’s Mother]

Carving Stone of the Western King’s Mother, in the Eastern Han Dynasty, is 62 cm high and 80.5 cm wide
This stone is divided into two layers, the upper part is the Western Queen Mother sitting in the middle, the left three people holding Jiahe, and the last one kneeling in front of the Western Queen Mother. A man on the right knelt with Jiahe in both hands, and behind him stood a feathered man with Jiahe in both hands, as well as a three-footed crow and a nine-tailed fox. The lower part is the travel map. In the front is a guide riding with weapons on his shoulder, and in the middle is a light car. Two people sit on the top, one is the emperor, holding a toilet, and the other is wearing a crown. A car is a small car that is open on all sides and can be taken. There are attendants on horseback and on foot. The upper right corner is carved with the words “Portrait C”
There are many contents in the Han Dynasty stone reliefs that show the Queen Mother of the West. At first, Queen Mother of the West was a fierce god who was half human and half animal, but in the eyes of the Han Dynasty, Queen Mother of the West was a protective god. She not only depended on her protection during her lifetime, but also prayed for her protection after her death
