In the 1930s, Fu Bingchang, a diplomat of the Republic of China, was a famous diplomat in the Republic of China. It was originally named Guishang, a native of Nanhai, Guangdong. In his early years, he studied at the Hong Kong Yucai College and St. Stephen’s Boys’ School, and continued to study at the University of Hong Kong. Wu Tingfang entered the political arena with Wu Tingfang, served as the last ambassador of the National Government to the Soviet Union, participated in the Paris Peace Conference in 1946, and was later appointed as Vice Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Minister (not present) and other posts

1930年代 民国外交官傅秉常的家庭相册

傅秉常（1896－1965），民国时期著名的外交官。原名褧裳，广东南海人。早年就读于香港育才书院和圣士提反男中学，继入香港大学学习工程。随伍廷芳步入政坛，曾担任国民政府最后一任驻苏联大使，参加过1946年的巴黎和会，后被任命为外交部副部长，部长（未到职）等职。

其原配何燕芳(1918年嫁傅秉常)。1949年傅经香港去巴黎定居，1953年在巴黎开一“香港楼”餐馆，何燕芳曾在餐馆为其管账，1957年傅秉常回台，燕芳乃随其子仲熊到伦敦生活。

1949年10月，苏联承认中华人民共和国，傅氏不再返任，暂居法国。1949年再任“外交部长”，但未就职。1957年始返台北。1959年6月，选任“司法院”副院长，1964年10月，以蒋特使名义，庆贺智利、墨西哥两国总统就职典礼。1965年7月病逝台北，享年七十岁。
