Since torpedo was invented by the West, China as far away as the East has been highly interested in it. Like a mosquito gun ship, it seems to be the most cost-effective choice for small countries to subvert the naval advantages of large countries. Therefore, speedboats carrying torpedoes have frequently appeared in the traditional investment of the Chinese navy, hoping that it can become a powerful tool to turn things around. Unfortunately, the past has been contrary to our wishes

自从鱼雷这种奇门兵器被西方发明出来后, 远在东方的中国就对它抱持高度的兴趣, 就如蚊砲船一样, 它似乎成为小国颠覆大国海军优势最划算的选择, 于是携带鱼雷的快艇也就不时出现在中国海军历来的投资中, 希望它能成为扭转乾坤的利器, 可惜往往事与愿违.
