这是一组拍摄于1941年的陕西宝鸡彩照（那个时代的彩色照片课时很少的哦），由当时的美国记者卡尔和雪莱夫妇所拍摄，反映了当时宝鸡（主要是长寿山地区）的民情风貌，十分珍贵。

在抗%战%时期，宝鸡是著名的大后方。因为宝鸡因为三面环山、易守难攻，有着难得的天然%防%线，所以一直没有被日%%军%%攻占。当时很多企业搬迁到宝鸡，或者经由宝鸡转运物资，使得宝鸡的工业水平有了长足发展，人民生活也相对稳定。
