In September 1938, the Japanese army decided to attack Guangzhou. In early October, they attempted to land in Daya Bay and capture Guangzhou. On the 20th, the 18th Division of the Japanese Army launched a comprehensive offensive. The Chinese defensive line was breached and the defenders retreated. On the 21st, Japanese troops captured Shahe and occupied Guangzhou. The 104th Division of the Japanese Army advanced north of Guangzhou and captured Taiping Square; On the 23rd, Conghua was occupied. The 5th Division cooperated with the Navy to capture Humen Fortress on the 23rd; On the 25th, Sanshui was captured; On the 26th, he fell in Foshan again and arrived in the southern suburb of Guangzhou on the 29th. So far, the Japanese army has controlled Guangzhou and the nearby important places

分享一组日据时期的彩色广州老照片 ，让我们一览80年前老明信片上的的广州城市壮丽风貌。
1938年9月，日军决定进攻广州。10月上旬，企图在大亚湾登陆，攻占广州。20日，日军第18师团发动全面攻势，中国守军防线被突破，守军向后溃退。21日，日军攻占沙河，并占领广州市区。日军第104师团向广州以北推进，攻占太平场；23日占领从化。第5师团与海军配合，于23日攻占虎门要塞；25日攻陷三水；26日又陷佛山，于29日到达广州南郊。至此，日军控制了广州及附近要地。
以下照片拍摄时间在日本占领广州之后，本组照片出自当年发行的明信片，可以看到彼时的广州城市发达而美丽。80年前的广州和现在多有不同，就让我们一起看看广州城当时的样子吧
城区全景，远处的双尖塔歌特式教堂是位于一德路的天主教圣心堂，俗称石室，始建于1863年，落成于1888年，现存。
电灯公司，在珠江南岸的海珠区拍摄,应该是建于32年的河南电厂。
珠江渡船，图中的建筑物是大新公司,创建于1918年,为民国时著名百货公司,广州沦陷前夕毁于大火,图片中的大楼要是拍摄于日据时期的话应该只剩了框架而已,解放后重建更名为南方大厦,长时间是国内十大商厦,几乎是外地人到广州的必到之地,近年没落。
从珠江看到的邮政局和大新公司
原版海珠桥,33年落成,桥孔可以开合,用作通行大型船只.国民党撤退时炸毁,炸桥时当场死伤数百无辜群众.解放后重建,桥孔不再活动
海珠桥是广州第一条过江大桥，也是广州第一条钢结构大桥，由美国曼克顿公司设计并承建。在日本轰炸广州的时候已经炸断，日占时期重建恢复交通，但开合器被日本盗去送到日本，此时重建的海珠桥已经不能开合。国民党撤退时又炸断一次，这条桥可谓多灾多难。

沙面,原来是珠江白鹅潭北岸沙滩,1859年成为英法租界后被挖开沙基,筑成小岛.现在沙面的建筑群是全国重点文物保护单位.桥的模样和今天没什么不同
