Heda· Hedda Morrison (1908-1991) was a German female photographer. She spent time in China from 1933 to 1946. During the years, she traveled all over Beijing, Baoding, Chengde, Datong and Hong Kong, taking more than 10000 negative films and taking a large number of high-quality photos
In 1946, she left China and settled in Malaysia for 20 years. In 1967, she left Malaysia and settled in Australia. In 1991, Hedda Morrison died in Australia. According to her will, more than 10000 negatives and 6000 photos she took in 13 years in Chinese Mainland were donated to Harvard University of Harvard— Yanjing Library
At present, I have only collected more than 2000 photos of her, from which the photos in this post come. I hope to have the opportunity to collect all the more than 10000 photos taken by her. This group of photos is mainly about the Ming Tombs. Welcome to read it
