The Huangjia Garden is the private garden villa of Huang Jinrong, the former Shanghai tycoon, Shanghai French Concession Constable Inspector and Guild Leader. It was built in 1929 and lasted for four years. The Huang Family Ancestral Temple and cemetery, which cover an area of more than two mu, were expanded into garden villas. 1937“ VIII· One Three” After the incident, Shanghai was occupied and once became the barracks of the Japanese aggressors. When the Japanese troops withdrew, they set fire to the Guandi Hall, the inner house and the Jingguan House in the park. After the victory of the Anti Japanese War, Huang Jinrong made repairs. In 1957, it was established as a park and was completely restored. It was opened on August 1, 1958. Because osmanthus trees were planted everywhere in the garden, it was renamed“ Guilin Park&rdquo
