A Collection of Old Photos of Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, during the Republic of China

In the small edition of the old photo library, the old photos of Pingxiang, Jiangxi, rarely appear. Now I have compiled a group of old photos of Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province during the Republic of China

This group of old photos of Pingxiang were mainly taken from the Japanese magazine Yadong Prints from August 1924 to 1944, which lasted from 1930 to 1942. The preview is as follows:

萍乡安源煤矿，创办于1898年，当时清末邮传大臣、官商盛宣怀为解决汉阳铁厂燃料之需，引进外资和西方先进采矿技术开发安源煤田。这里是中国工人运动的策源地、秋收起义的主要爆发地，也是中国近代煤炭工业化程度最高的煤炭基地之一。

177回第8张（1939年4月出版），俯瞰萍乡古城美丽风貌。可见看见一堵城墙把古城一分为二，城外的民居农田一幅田园之景。城内的中式风格和西式风格的建筑相互交错。

177回第9张（1939年4月出版），萍乡古城东门外萍水河上的三孔桥，进出城的人们在河面上的桥上来来往往。萍水河环抱萍城，是萍乡的母亲河，这条河不仅养育着这里的一方百姓，也曾是商贾交通运输的重要渠道。
