In his later years, he lived in seclusion in Sheshan, devoted himself to calligraphy and painting, and repeatedly failed to hold office. The calligraphers Su Shi and Mi Fu are all inspired by their own ideas. Their strokes are swift and powerful. This axis is composed of seven character poems in cursive script, which are well arranged, with characters swaying and strokes changing, and beautiful and simple and luxuriant co-exist.
