The blue and white flowers in Longqing period have more folk tastes in their shapes. This box is in the shape of silver ingot, with the child and mother mouths, mouth edges and sole exposed. The cover is decorated with double dragons playing with pearls. The body is painted with a five claw dragon, the gap is decorated with a cloud pattern, and the mouth is decorated with a sharp corner petal pattern around the edge. The pattern depicts childlike simplicity. The style at the bottom of the box is “Made in Longqing Year of the Ming Dynasty” in blue and white regular script.
