- Description:
The celestial sphere bottle in the Yongle period is the most famous one, except for the lotus piercing dragon pattern. Another type of bottle is also a representative work at this time. This bottle has a round mouth, a long neck, a big belly and a flat bottom. The white part of the glaze is slightly green. The whole piece is painted with green materials full of twining lotus patterns. The patterns are faint and scattered. The shoulder is painted with cloud head patterns. Seven green lines are added between the patterns. The bottom of the bottle exposes the carcass and is not glazed.
