Gao Lian, a connoisseur at the end of the 16th century, compared the porcelain of the Xuande and Chenghua dynasties in the Ming Dynasty, and proposed that the Chenghua Doucai grape pattern goblet was delicate and lovely, and even more Xuande small cup, which was regarded as the representative work of the Chenghua official kiln. However, in the first half of the seventeenth century, Wen Zhenheng changed his predecessors’ evaluation criteria, not only included the expensive grape cups in the “indecent” group, but also included the white porcelain thin cups in the level that is not worth looking at.
