- Description:
The main shape of the white jade carving is a folded flat peach. There is a peach branch at the bottom, and a peach flower is used as a shallow foot. The spreading branches, leaves, flower buds and peach fruit are interlaced, extending from the side of the appliance. A long tailed ribbon bird spreads its wings among the branches, leaves and flowers, forming a handle. Finally, the peach fruit is used as the main body of the appliance. Carving flowers and birds skillfully with jade skin adds changes on the level. (Quoted from Asia Adventures: The Legend of East West Communication in the 17th Century)
