Description:
The rectangular handmade inkstone is carved from a terminal stone with dense stone eyes. The stone is gray and black. The oval stone eyes on the back of the inkstone are yellow and green, and there are brown yellow dots in the center, just like the eyes. The head of the back of the inkstone is damaged. Ninety nine columns are carved at the hand copying part. Each column has one eye. The cloud dragon pattern of the inkstone pool shows a big dragon and nine young dragons, implying that the dragon leads the nine sons; The four sides of the inkstone face are decorated with a ghostly pattern. The right side wall is engraved with a regular script inscription: “Nine Nine Inkstone of Yunlong in the Song Dynasty”; the left side wall is engraved with a regular script inscription: “Collected in the Yanyu Building of the Summer Resort”; the side wall of the head of the inkstone is engraved with a fine regular script inscription: “The stone has been out of the old pit for six hundred years, and we firmly believe that the quality is the reason.
