This volume depicts the statues of Bodhisattvas and Arhats who explained the twenty-five aspects of Dharma at the Shurangama Meeting. “The painting of Fu Kunjing, a disciple of Meng Qiu who was wounded by Wu in the Heavenly Revelation Ding Mao (1627)”. The seal script with the name of saint on the volume was written by Shi Wan, a Wuxing person, in the year of Xinwei (1631). The lives of Fu Kun and Shi Wan are unknown. Li Deng, who wrote the postscript after the book, was the calligraphy teacher who printed Hu Zhengyan’s Shizhuzhai Calligraphy and Painting Manual.
