The small square inkstone is green, black and shiny, with regular edges. The surface of the inkstone is inclined from bottom to top to form a pool, and the words “well” in Yangwen are hidden on the inclined surface. On the back of the inkstone, the Chinese character “well” is carved as a boundary case, and the middle case is engraved with an official script inscription: “You can live a long life with quiet, there are many good fields, and I will eat without scruple.” Wenjia (1501-1583), the second son of Wen Zhengming, has the character of Xiucheng, which is called Wenshui. It is composed of Sui Gonghuan and Zhou Xuezheng. To be able to write poetry, the characters are light, clear, vigorous and cool, and the paintings are quiet, simple, and exquisite, which can learn from the past.
