The “Shizhuzhai Painting and Calligraphy Manual” and “Shizhuzhai Calligraphy Manual” printed by him using the printing overprint technique set a good example of ancient block printing and were loved by scholars. He also created many strange characters in ancient Chinese because he was proficient in Zhuanzhou and Zhou characters. This work is an example. The style of calligraphy is strange, strange and magnificent, reflecting the good ancient style of the literati in the late Ming Dynasty.
