Gold plated mouth, double chi pattern, short neck, flat abdomen, flat bottom, three animal feet. The whole device is light blue, with a circle of cloud patterns on the neck, grape patterns and leaf patterns on the abdomen, and chrysanthemum patterns on the bottom. Zhongfa 136, 137 and 138 are a group.
