- Description:
This is a solemn painting of Sakyamuni Buddha, who is sitting under a whirlwind tree with his hands wrapped in Zen seals. The width is all dyed with ink pen without color. The lines of the figures’ clothes are round and smooth. The old trees behind the Sakyamuni Buddha’s body are knotted. The leaves are either dotted with ink or drawn with hooks. Although the ink color has changed in depth, it has become decorative. The style of the whole painting is vivid and full of changes, which has a unique rustic and vigorous interest.
