Emperor Xuanzong of the Ming Dynasty (1399-1435 AD), surnamed Zhu and Zhanji. The eldest grandson of Emperor Chengzu of the Ming Dynasty, the fifth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, reigned from 1426 to 1435 AD, with the year title of Xuande and the temple name of Xuanzong, and was engaged in drawing. In this painted portrait, Xuanzong is red and black, with luxuriant beards, wearing a beautiful crown with folded wings on the black yarn, wearing a cloud dragon yellow robe, holding a belt inlaid with treasure, sitting on a beautifully carved dragon chair, lined with dragon brocade felt underneath. The painting style is realistic, the lines of clothing lines are tortuous and powerful, and the face rendering is emphasized to highlight the characteristics of the characters. The color is gorgeous, which should be the hand of the court painters of the Ming Dynasty.
