The jade is carved into a rectangular octagonal box. The round arched cover and the box body are all pasted with white jade carved pink flowers, and the core of each flower, as well as the edge of the cover and the box body are inlaid with gold wire and red glass. Some inlays have fallen off. The lid button is carved into a bud.
