According to the postscript of Weiwei Wenpeng (1498-1573) and Wenjia (1501-1583) in the year of Guimao (1543), Zhao Mengfu (1254-1322) once wrote the Heart Sutra for tea, which is a good story; Zhou Fenglai (1523-1555), from Kunshan, felt that Zhao Mengfu’s Heart Sutra had been lost, so he asked Wen Zhengming (1470-1559) to write the Heart Sutra and Qiu Ying to fill in the picture. In the painting, Zhao Mengfu, who wrote the Heart Sutra according to the stones in the pine forest, was the one who sat opposite him. Later, he painted the waiter cooking tea.
