  • Description:
Skim mouth, round lip, deep arc wall, short circle foot. The outer wall is surrounded by blue and white flowers painted with rose flowers, and the center is painted with broken peony flowers, plus double circles. Six green lines are added between the mouth and foot. The blue and white glaze is bright and natural in color, and the thin white glaze on the bottom is orange. There is no style, but the glaze color and the way to decorate the feet are similar to Yongle. In the Museum Overview, it was mentioned that Xuande white tea cup: “It is less low than the altar cup, with a belly, a bottom, and a foot of thread, as bright as jade…” This kind of skimming bowl ware is similar to Xuande white tea cup, and it is also very close to the size and shape of Jiajing white porcelain dark dragon tea cup in Jiangxi Dazhi. Therefore, it can be believed that this kind of bowl ware has become the standard shape of tea bowls in the Ming and Qing dynasties since Yongle.
