Roll mouth, short straight neck, sloping shoulder, round abdomen, flat bottom, shallow digging foot, curved handle, short flow, with cover. The pot body is carved with four layers of lotus petals and one layer of spout. This tool is decorated with Ji green glaze. The blue color is very bright, deep blue with purple, the white glaze is green, and white edges are exposed at the mouth and the ridge. The exposed bead foot is delicate and white, and the bead glaze is light yellow with slight spots. The blue and white book “Made in Xuande Year of the Ming Dynasty” with two lines and six characters in regular script on the double blue lines at the bottom of the vessel. Xuande red sacrificial pots and Jiqing green brine pots are extremely rare. They were collected in the imperial palace of the Qing Dynasty and were highly appreciated by Qianlong. The painting of Hongli Temple painted by Lang Shining was decorated with other precious objects and placed in front of Qianlong’s elbow, which shows that this pair of green and red small pots are valued.
