Ke Jiusi (1312-1365 AD) was born in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Jingzhong is named Dan Qiu Sheng. The Emperor Wenzong of the Yuan Dynasty set up Kuizhang Pavilion, where he was specially awarded the Doctor of Scholar’s Academy. He was erudite and able to write poetry and calligraphy. He was also good at ink and bamboo, as well as landscapes.
