Western-style teapot in burnt orange with a small foot, broad shoulder, a spout, integral handle and original domed cover with a knob. Made in porcelain decorated on one side with a transfer-print, in a white panel, hand painted with a pair of Mandarin ducks with a double-happiness lantern. There are no slogans or inscriptions. Base glazed with square green seal.
