Description:
Cylindrical teapot with curved spout, two ring attachments on the shoulder for the handles and cover with two oval holes in the centre. Made in porcelain decorated with transfer-print painted in coloured enamels with a landscape. There are two sailing boats and a solitary fisherman on the water; a figure in a pavilion by the shore with large green trees on the left and a temple or mountain villa nearby. In the far distance one peak is red among the mountains. On the other side is an inscription and the cover is inscribed. Base with unglazed outer ring and glazed centre with a small round red seal in five registers.
