Description:
Globular teapot with a curved spout and handle and domed cover with a knob. Made in porcelain painted in coloured enamels with a transfer-print of a Liberation Army soldier hero Wang Jie (1942-1965) followed by a seal and an inscription; the cover is inscribed. Base with unglazed outer rim and glazed centre with small blue seal.
