Description:
This rectangular fragment was originally used as a banner streamer, perhaps a side streamer or a bottom streamer. It is a blue damask on plain weave, and there are noticeable stains on the surface. The two edges have been rolled and sewn neatly. The concentric lozenge pattern was formed by 3/1 twill in the Z direction on a 1/1 plain weave foundation. The pattern repeat is about 0.9 cm in the warp direction and 0.8 cm in the weft direction. Weave structures: Warp: silk, untwisted, single, blue, 52 ends/cm; Weft: silk, untwisted, single, blue, 26 lats/cm. Weave structure: 3/1Z twill for pattern on 1/1 plain weave for foundation. 長方形綺幡帶，已殘，藍色，表面有明顯的黃斑及汙迹，兩側有卷邊。該織物以右斜紋組織在平紋地上織出菱格圖案，紋樣較小，圖案經向循環約爲0.9cm，緯向循環約爲0.8cm。 組織結構： 經線：絲，無撚，單根排列，藍色，52根/cm；緯線：絲，無撚，單根排列，藍色，26根/cm；組織：1/1平紋地上以3/1Z向斜紋起花。
