Description:
Porcelain stem cup with crackled green glaze. This stem cup has an everted rim and a flared stem covered with a matte crackled glaze. Around the stem two rings are incised. A conical section has been made in the stem and glazed. The unglazed foot ring reveals a coarse brick-like clay body.

Comments:Harrison-Hall 2001:The crackled glaze here is typical of lower-quality Ming Lonquan wares. Another stem cup with this type of glaze, but with unusual indentations to the rim, is in the Zhejiang Provincial Museum and dates to the Ming era.
