Description:
A shoe made of hemp with 1/1 weft twining method. It has a round front end and low side. The hemp was trimmed along the side edge. A hemp thread, strong S twisted, was sewn to the front with some silk threads tied to the end. The sole is also twined with hemp threads. The instep has separated partly from the sole in the front. Weave structures: Warp: hemp, invisible; Twining weft: hemp, Z twisted, undyed, 14 lats/cm. Weave structure: 1/1 weft twining method. 麻鞋，圓頭，平口，以1/1緯絞編組織編織而成，收口處被剪斷，鞋頭處縫有一加S強撚的麻繩，麻繩前端縫有絲線，原可能作固定某物之用，鞋底亦以麻線編織而成，在鞋頭位置部分鞋面已與鞋底脫離。組織結構：經線：麻，不可見；緯線：麻，Z撚，本色，14根/cm；組織：1/1緯絞編組織。
