No string grooves, but three string holes pierced level with bottom of cavity, two on one side and third opposite. These ¼ inch diam. Seal-cavity 1 ¼ inch x 1 ¼ inch x ¾ inch; seal-case 2 3/16 x 1 7/8 x 1 ¼ inch. Pl.LIII.”
