Made of enamelled porcelain.The arms are those of Papworth “Gules a fess dancetty argent”, a family with branches in Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon, Devon and Dorset; impaling Best, as borne by the Bests of Kent, “Sable a cinquefoil between eight crosses crosslet or”.
