Octagonal plate. The arms are painted “Per pale or and azure three roses” (cinquefoils? or fraises?); crest, “A rose between two wings each charged with a rose”. No coat or crest is recorded exactly as painted and the arms may be continental. It is possible the service is intended for Frazer, Ross Herald. Flower sprays on the border. Made of enamelled and grisaille porcelain.
