Plate. Coat of arms of Leach impaling Hopkins. The arms are clearly copied from a bookplate and are of Leach of Stoke Clemsland in Cornwall, “Ermine on a chief indented gules three ducal coronets or”; crest, “Out of a ducal coronet or a dexter cubit arm grasping a snake proper”; impaling Hopkins, “Sable on a chevron argent between three pistols in bend or, as many roses gules barbed and seeded proper”. Made of enamelled porcelain.
