The mouth of a six petal sunflower flower has a slightly deep slanting wall, and turns inward to form a waist folded disc at the foot turning point, with a flat bottom and a short circle of feet. The body is thick, and the celadon glaze is applied. The glaze is gray green with a slight beige tone, and the glaze surface has dark fine grains. Apply glaze to the foot border, and the foot border is unglazed. Apply ochre fetal protection juice to the exposed part. The bottom is engraved with Emperor Qianlong’s “Ode to the Sunflower Small Pot in the Official Kiln”: “Xuanhe is skilled in pottery, and he cultivates the inner governor to stand upright. It is said that the sunflower symbolizes loyalty, and the sincere generation will not bear the consequences”, an imperial poem. At the end of the poem, the chronicle of “Qianlong Bingshen Emperor Xia” (the 41st year of Qianlong’s reign: 1776) was signed, and two seals, “Guxiang” and “Taipu”, were affixed.
