Description:
Jar. Grey stoneware with dark olive-green glaze of felspathic type. Glaze covers shoulder and inside of neck and lip, rest of surface has reddish-brown kiln-gloss. Ovoid body with tall cylindrical neck and flaring mouth. Neck encircled by two decorative bands of combed,wavy lines. On the shoulder three bands of grooved ribbing and two double-strand loophandles with fixed flat rings and S-scrolls. With incised decoration and raised cordons to prevent glaze from running. Made of feldspar, green glazed stoneware; lower part red because of re-oxidation.
