  • Description:
Low mouth, shallow wall, flat bottom, shallow feet. A tree peony flower is drawn on the inner bottom center, and the whole body is covered with white enamel, and part of it is yellow. Add a copper ring at the mouth edge. The outer bottom is engraved with “Chanting Ding Kiln Plate”: “It is said that it was made in Dingzhou, which is really unique today. Peng Tao is better than Su Yongxin. Mu Ruo is full of spirit, and he is depressed about flowers and leaves. Hetian jade is easy to cut, and it is difficult to get this Qi”. At the end of the poem, “Emperor Qianlong Guisi Mengchun’s Imperial Title” (38th year of Qianlong’s reign: 1773) was signed, and two seals, “Understanding is not far away” and “Virtue is sufficient”, were affixed. The word “De Chong Fu” in the seal of “De Chong Fu” comes from Zhuangzi. The original text is: “De Chong Fu is inside, and should be outside. The external and internal mystery is consistent with the letter, and it is like a symbol of destiny, leaving its body”. That is, to enrich the internal morality and show it outside, then the internal and external consistency can be mutually verified. It may be that Emperor Qianlong put moral cultivation in art appreciation
