Description:
Porcelain dish painted in underglaze blue with enamels. This dish has rounded sides and a low tapering gritty foot. In underglaze blue with red, yellow, green and black enamels, two men are shown in conversation, seated on the ground beside a blossoming tree with stylized flowers and rocks in the well. Outside two branches are depicted in underglaze blue emanating from the rim. On the chatter-marked base is a four-character Tianqi reign mark in a double ring in underglaze blue.
