Comments:Harrison-Hall 2001:A dish of this shape with grapes in the centre was excavated from the Yongle stratum at Dongmentou, Zhushan, Jingdezhen, in 1994. This type of dish possibly served as a stand for a small cup with lobed sides. Hongwu cup stands have a raised ring in the centre to hold the foot of the cup in place rather like a modern saucer does.
