Description:
Porcelain dish in monochrome dark blue glaze. This dish has rounded sides and an everted rim and stands on a low foot ring. Inside in the centre it is incised with a phoenix with a foliage tail surrounded by ‘ruyi’ clouds, and in the cavetto by two pairs of male and female phoenix, alternately with long foliage and shorter feather tails among clouds. It is covered inside and out with a glossy dark blue monochrome glaze.
