  • Exhibition dimension: 112.7×38.4
  • Description:
This painting depicts rose, camellia, narcissus, plum, clove, etc. The stamens are complex, the branches are intricate, and the gaps are covered with stone blue, making the whole painting colorful. A pigeon is painted at the bottom of the painting, showing the front and the side, which is similar to the performance of the bird screen unearthed in the Tang Tomb. It should have the root of an ancient pattern. This work is similar to the composition and size of “The Painting of Wealth and Honor in Jade Hall” by Xu Xi of the Southern Tang Dynasty in the Five Dynasties, which is said to be a collection of works. However, the composition of this painting is not entirely reasonable. Judging from the ground moss point painting method and other styles, it should be a copy after the middle of the Ming Dynasty. Li Di’s money is a fake addition.
