There are several lotus plants in the deep blue ground woven pond. The flowers and leaves stand out of the water, swaying in the wind, with thousands of postures. In the midst of complexity, they are more elegant and free, with unique charm. The weaving method of this piece is fine and even. Lotus stems and ripples are added with ink and dyed lightly. It is difficult to distinguish the painting from the tapestry, and the tapestry works are rare in the Song Dynasty.
